Rachel Leigh LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If an order was fulfilled incorrectly from Rachel, please email the order number and the problem to: [email protected] .  All sales are FINAL .

 

Third Party Merchandise

All clothing merchandise is handles through a third party provider. If you are ordering merch, it all ships directly from the supplier. Rachel Leigh LLC does not have control over shipping and delivery. If items are out of stock, it will take longer for it to arrive. If you order merch along with books, there will be two different shipping costs as all merch comes directly from the supplier, and all books and swag come from Rachel Leigh LLC.

Printful Return Policy

You will only receive a refund if items are damaged or misprinted. otherwise, they do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and color, these cannot be exchanged or refunded. If damaged or misprinted, please return all product directly to Printful. Do not ship items to Rachel Leigh.
